About the Client
An arts and culture festival, Qixi Fest’s 2024 edition was held from 3 to 11 August, and graced by key figures including Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and several key ministers.
Qixi Fest (七夕乞巧嘉年华) is an initiative spearheaded by festival director Lynn Wong together with clan associations and community partners to revive one of the eight traditional Chinese festivals in Singapore – Qixi Festival (七夕节) – said to be once grander than Chinese New Year but has disappeared for over half a century. Qixi Fest aims to reimagine the beautiful traditions of Qixi Festival passed down to us by our foremothers.

Results
We managed the PR efforts, with focus on Tier A and broadcast media, as well as lifestyle and parenting influencers. We also handled the design and copywriting for event collaterals and the website, and developed social media content throughout the duration of the event.
Our PR efforts resulted in 88 media clippings, with coverage in key outlets like Zaobao, The Straits Times, AsiaOne, Shin Min, and broadcast mentions on 958fm.
